Dr. Audrey Moore, O.D.
Dr. Audrey Moore received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology from the University of Kentucky in 2017.
She received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2022 from the Kentucky College of Optometry. Originally from Kentucky, Dr. Moore moved to the area and joined Triangle Visions after graduating in 2022. She resides in the area with her husband, Jack, and miniature schnauzer, Earl.

When did you know that you wanted to be an optometrist
I always knew I wanted to work in the medical field ever since I was a young child. As I grew older, I found a passion for primary care medicine because I knew I wanted to be able to build relationships with my patients. Optometry thankfully gives a great work-life balance in this environment so when thinking of all of my options when applying to professional schools, I knew optometry was the right fit for me.
Favorite part of being an optometrist
My favorite part of being an optometrist is building relationships with my patients to give them the best possible experience and care.
Favorite vacation
I do not necessarily have a favorite spot, but my husband and I definitely love going to the beach every year together. We have also loved travelling to Charleston, New York and New Orleans. Our favorite thing to do is to try all of the local restaurants and cuisine.
Favorite concert you’ve been to
I honestly have not been to too many concerts, but I do love country music and was able to attend the Luke Combs concert at Bank of America Stadium in 2023. My husband and I love his music and had so much fun with friends.
Do you have any pets?
I have a miniature schnauzer named Earl. We got him in 2023. He is a so full of energy and loves walks, human clothes, and all of the treats he can get his paws on.
Fun fact
The town I am from in Kentucky is named Possum Trot. I think it is one of the more interesting named towns in Kentucky.
