Dr. Hilary Gesford, O.D.
Dr. Gesford and her husband, Dr. Glenn Brewer, joined Triangle Visions in 2017.
Dr. Gesford specializes in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation for amblyopia (Iazy eye), strabismus (eye turn), post concussion syndrome, TBI, convergence insufficiency, and other disorders of eye teaming and visual processing. She also provides Primary Eye Care services for adults and children of all ages.
Dr. Hilary Gesford received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology from Elizabethtown College in 2006. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2011 and completed her optometric residency in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012.

When did you know that you wanted to be an optometrist
During my last year of undergraduate study.
Favorite part of being an optometrist
Changing peoples’ lives! Whether through getting a much-needed pair of glasses for the first time, preventing vision loss through treating their eye disease, or helping a child perform better in school by improving their eye tracking and visual processing skills.

A cat, Izzy, who I’ve had as a companion since the start of optometry school.
Fun fact
I grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania… but I don’t like milk or cheese!
My husband and I have 2 sweet boys – Calvin and Harrison.
